Requirements
● Strong technical background with the ability to understand and address customer challenges.
● Experience in sales, preferably within the wastewater treatment or related industry, preferred.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Emphasis on safety and adherence to industry best practices.
● Basic computer skills required.
● Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) with occasional overnight stays.
● High School Diploma or GED.
● Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
● Authorized to work full-time in the United States.
Responsibilities
● Collaborate with customers to understand their unique challenges and requirements.
● Work with AQWA staff to develop and propose effective engineering solutions.
● Work closely with the technical team to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
● Provide excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships.
● Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
● Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.
● Competitive base salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year, with additional commission and bonuses (resulting in significantly higher earnings).
